This policy explains what information NoTimeForLaundry ("we," "us") collects when you use our website or book a pickup, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us when you book or buy a gift card:
- Name
- Phone number and email address
- Pickup address, ZIP code and any pickup notes (gate codes, where to find the bags)
- Order details: pickup date, number of bags, add-ons and tip
- For gift cards: the names and email addresses of the sender and recipient, and any message
Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website or seen by us. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Information collected automatically: our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. We don't use advertising trackers.
2. How we use your information
- To schedule, pick up, process and deliver your laundry
- To send booking confirmations, pickup reminders and delivery texts
- To process payments, refunds and gift cards
- To answer your questions and handle any concerns about an order
- To keep our records and meet legal and tax obligations
We will only send you marketing messages if you ask for them, and you can opt out anytime.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with services that help us run the business:
- Stripe, for payment processing
- Cloudflare, for website hosting and security
- Our email and text providers, for booking confirmations and reminders
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax and accounting requirements, then delete it.
5. Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that's wrong
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions

6. Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as remembering your booking progress and securing payment. We don't use advertising cookies.

Our service is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We use secure (HTTPS) connections and trusted providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
